You know how lots of companies are big and faceless and, if you'll pardon a pun, bureaucratic ? Well, that ain't us. We're small and we care and we're here to help you find your new favorite vape.
We're Ketan and Divya, the founders of Smok City, who also happen to be husband and wife. We are proudly US based company EST 2020, located at 411 West Trenton Avenue, Morrisville, Pa. The idea of Smok city was born amid covid when we saw people being scared as the world was going under lockdown and yet standing in queues at one of our retail location to get vapes. We started with the intend to serve vapes at doorstep to help people avoid a trip to retail stores for fulfilling their nicotine desire. It all started with New Jersey, expanded to Pennsylvania and we are now serving all over America within the guidelines set by Government of USA.
We are enthralled by love and support that our customers poured to us because of which we were forced to open retail walk in store for Smok city.

Hi.. this is Debra Turner. I’m at my wits end. I’ve endlessly tried to email you, first at smokcity@smokecity.com. And then at info@smokcity.com., which you provided after my google review. That is a bogus email address and the email keep bouncing back. You phone number doesn’t work. My order 4622 contained a flair 2500 in red apple that was dead. I’ve been trying to contact you for one month. I just want you to send me a replacement. I am so frustrated and I can’t believe you run a business like this. I paid for a faulty product. At least have the courtesy to reply and send a replacement. Thank you.
